Ken graduated from Ohio State University with a BS & MA in Agricultural Education. He retired from teaching in 1998 with 32 years of experience and became a Realtor® with Executive Turn Key Inc.

He has been married to Sue since 1966 with daughter Shannon, son Shaun and five grandchildren.

Dianne Level

Dianne has been licensed since 1994 and is a Million Dollar Producer, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and has taken extensive courses in working with seniors.

Dianne is the mother of four sons; Dennis, Todd, Kirk and Eric and the grandmother of eight, great grandmother of one.

She is a Sandusky County resident since 1962 and has experiences in 4-H, FFA, After School Sports and the Sandusky County Horse Council.

Dianne is a member of the First Presbyterian Church and a Hospice Volunteer.

Mark McGinnis

Mark graduated from Hiram College with a Bachelor's degree in Education in the spring of
1998. His teaching career began that fall, working at the Sandusky County Educational
Service Center in the gifted program. In the past decade, he has worked in all seven of
Fremont's public elementary schools as well as the Jr. High. Besides being a member of the
local teacher union, he was also entrusted to be it's treasurer. Before branching out into
Real Estate he earned a Master's degree in Curriculum from Bowling Green State University.
