Diann Hamons, Broker/Owner

Born, raised and having lived on Sandusky County Road 129 all my life makes me truly interested in the well being of area residents. My husband, of 40+ years, Larry and I have 2 children, Brad and Jamie, and 5 grandchildren, Mallory, Hannah, Dylan, Jake and Jax.

After graduation I earned a Business Degree from Davis College in Toledo and have since furthered my education at Terra, Bowling Green and Hondros.

I drove school bus for Fremont City Schools for 18+ years and in 1991 became a Realtor, giving me the best of both worlds. Working with the kids on my bus and adults kept me very well informed with what was going on in the area.

Dianne has been licensed since 1994 and is a Million Dollar Producer, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and has taken extensive courses in working with seniors.

Dianne is the mother of four sons; Dennis, Todd, Kirk and Eric and the grandmother of eight, great grandmother of one.

She is a Sandusky County resident since 1962 and has experiences in 4-H, FFA, After School Sports and the Sandusky County Horse Council.

Peggy Rutherford

Peggy was born and raised in Fremont and is a life long resident of Sandusky County . She is a 1965 graduate of Fremont Ross High continuing her education in Business Management and Real Estate at Terra Community College . Along with her career she keeps busy with her two grown children, Ryan and Laura, and 2 grandchildren. Married to Tim in 1975 she also enjoys 4 step children and 10 additional grandchildren. Tim is a Lieutenant for the Cedar Point Police Department and for 11 years she and her husband organized and ran the Haunted Green House held at Doebel’s Flowers in Clyde .

Peggy has served on numerous non profit boards including the Liberty Center and YMCA and is a 2000 graduate of Sandusky County Leadership Development. After 9/11 Peggy organized the Realtors of Fremont and together they held a fundraising auction. The Fremont Realtors, members of the Firelands Board of MLS, combined the money they raised with the National Association of Realtors for housing relief for victims and families.

Peggy became licensed to practice real estate in 1996 and has been successfully representing buyers and sellers as a full time Realtor since.
